Is yoga for everyone?

Yes, yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, or fitness level. Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels of experience.

What should I wear to a yoga class?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga pants, leggings, or shorts and a t-shirt are ideal.

Do I need to bring anything to class?

You should bring a yoga mat and a waterbottle.

What is the difference between Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga yoga?

  • Vinyasa Yoga: A dynamic style of yoga that links breath to movement.
